Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of ups and downs. The rooms were super clean, spacious, and very stylish, which was great, but there was significant water damage on the walls that went unattended. The TV and phone in my villa were not working when I arrived, making it challenging to seek assistance, which was frustrating, especially since it was my honeymoon. Additionally, there was a funny smell in the room that irritated my sinuses.
My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. The rooms were super clean, spacious, and very stylish, but there was significant water damage on the walls, and some amenities like the TV and phone were not working initially. The service was exceptional overall, although I witnessed some reprimanding of staff. The location, though far from Durban, was absolutely beautiful. The dining experience was fantastic with a great spread of delicious food, including the best omelette I've ever had. The facilities were top-notch.
The hotel had a funny smell which irritated my sinuses but the rooms are super clean, spacious, and very stylish, which had been a bit frustrating as it was my honeymoon.
The hotel had a nice modern look with decent-sized and very comfortable rooms, offering amazing views. However, there was significant water damage on the walls left unattended, and on arrival, the TVs and phone in our villa were not working, making it hard to call for help.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the rooms were a good size and clean, I encountered significant water damage on the walls that was left unattended, and there was a persistent funny smell that bothered my sinuses. The service was a bit inconsistent, with some staff members being rude and others overly familiar, making the check-in process challenging. The location, although beautiful, was far from Durban, posing an inconvenience. On the bright side, the dining experience was delightful, especially the scrumptious dishes prepared by Chef Gift.
The hotel room was fantastic and clean, but it had some water damage on the walls that seemed to be left unattended to. The staff were all very friendly, which was a great plus!
My stay at the hotel was amazing! The rooms were huge with a full bathroom and even a walk-in closet, making us feel so cozy and relaxed. The service was top-notch overall, with friendly and helpful staff. The location was beautiful, although a bit far from Durban. The dining experience was incredibly delicious, especially the omelette chef's personalized touch. The facilities were excellent, adding to the overall great experience.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were nice and cozy, making us feel relaxed, but there was significant water damage on the walls that was unattended to. Additionally, upon arrival at our villa, the TVs and phone were not working, which made it difficult to contact reception for help.
The hotel had some impressive features but also a few shortcomings. The spacious room with a walk-in closet was neat and comfortable, yet the presence of water damage on the walls and non-functional TVs and phone upon arrival was disappointing.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not-so-good experiences. The rooms were spacious and well-decorated, but there was significant water damage on the walls that wasn't dealt with promptly. Additionally, on arrival, the TV and phone in our villa were not working, making it challenging to contact reception for help.
